Muscle Molly I & II

Muscle Molly focuses on building the power and technique needed for strength-heavy moves, like the deadlift and muscle up. Each term, you'll dive into the fundamentals of such tricks.

In Muscle Molly I, we will be focusing on ayeshas, handsprings and handstands. | Prerequisite: Confident with aerial inverts & shoulder mounts.

In Muscle Molly II, we will be focusing on pole-assisted cartwheel variations, brass monkey press up and muscle up. | Prerequisite: Confident with ayesha pike dismount AND hunter press OR handstand press up.
