Our Pole Levels Syllabus

Intro to Pole

This is our beginner-friendly level & is open to everyone regardless of fitness background. Students will learn the basics of upright tricks & transitions on spin pole along with a dance routine. The routine is designed for beginners to develop the strength and skills to execute basic spins, transitions and floorwork.

Tricks taught include (but not limited to): Front / back hook spin, pole sit, hello boys.

Novice

Taking it up a notch, Novice offers a challenging yet supportive environment for beginners after learning the fundamentals of pole. Over the course, you will build additional strength and flexibility as you take flight and experience the thrill of your first ever invert on the pole.

Tricks taught include (but not limited to): Cradle, inverted crucifix, shoulder roll.

Amateur

Elevate your pole skills further in Amateur; tailored for those ready to push boundaries. Build greater endurance and push your strength as you explore doing inverted tricks & explore unique transitions from pole to floor.

Tricks taught include (but not limited to): Jamilla, handstand stag, outside leg hang.

Pre-Inter

Start reaching greater heights in Pre-Inter where you will explore taking your inverts aerially and delving into leg hang shapes.

Tricks taught include (but not limited to): Layback, brass monkey, inside leg hang.

Intermediate

Put your stamina to the test with longer aerial combos with tricks that require more strength and flexibility. Intermediate will also have you getting comfortable with forearm balancing both skillfully & gracefully. This level will be sure to expand your tricks repertoire.

Tricks taught include (but not limited to): Forearm stand straddle, butterfly, t-rex grip invert.

Semi-Pro

Strengthen your pole prowess in Semi-Pro, where dedication meets challenge. This level will push your limits in a safe way where you will have to build greater endurance for extended combos and master strength-intensive tricks like the ayesha and extended butterfly with confidence.

Tricks taught include (but are not limited to): Ayesha, extended butterfly, brass monkey.

Professional

Refine your artistry in Professional - tailored for pole dancers committed to showcasing unparalleled strength, discipline, and grace in captivating performances. Hone endurance for intricate combos and master advanced strength and flexibility-based movements with precision.

Tricks taught include (but not limited to): Handspring, deadlift, cocoon, dragontail, one-arm handstand.
