Tricks Prep
We are streamlining our tricks-focused classes (previously known as Pole FUNdations & Muscle Molly) into 4 levels of Tricks Prep. Expect the same good old off the pole conditioning for all that on the pole gains. Below we’ve listed the general focus of each level but keep in mind that each term will have different tricks we will work on so be sure to check out our Instagram or login to Studio Pro for the most updated term tricks!
Tricks Prep I
Perfect for beginners or anyone building solid basics. This level covers beginner-friendly spin and static tricks with a focus on proper technique, clean lines, and confidence-building progressions.
Prerequisites: Open to all regardless of fitness level.
Tricks Prep II
Level up your pole journey with accessible inside and outside leg hang shapes. In Tricks Prep II, you’ll learn safe entries, clean holds, and simple shape variations to build comfort and consistency with your leg hangs.
Prerequisites: Confident with outside leg hang from the floor.
Tricks Prep III
Tricks Prep III dives deeper into intermediate leg hang shapes, adding variety, complexity, and polish to your movement. You’ll also begin exploring brass monkey and layback shapes and forearm balancing positions to explore on the base of the pole.
Prerequisites: Confident with leg hangs, brass monkey & layback.
Tricks Prep IV
For experienced pole dancers ready to push their limits. This level challenges you with advanced tricks, dynamic pathways, and more intricate shape variations built on solid technique and control. Expect refined conditioning and progressive drills designed to help you gain confidence with more advanced tricks and transitions.
Prerequisites: Confident with shoulder mount, brass monkey, ayesha and split grip dead hang.
