Installment Payment Plan
If you have yet to contact us to get your installment plan sorted, drop us an email at dance@studio-albatross.com or DM us on Instagram!
If we have already informed you that we have set up your installment payment plan then refer to the screenshots below for instructions on how to make timely payments. Do note that if we do not receive your payments on time, we reserve the right to deny you entry in class until the overdue payments have been paid.
Start off by logging into your Studio Pro account and navigating to (1) Pay > Pay Online. On this page, you can select the (2) View button to view your statement for information on your installment plan such as due amounts & due dates. If you are proceeding with payment, select (3) Other under the Online Payment section and hit Next.
In your statement, you can identify your outstanding payments marked by the grey circle in the leftmost column. You will also find details of your outstanding payments. Simply ensure you make your payments by the due dates indicated in your statement.
If you are proceeding with payment, and have selected Other under the Online Payment section, select the respective installment and then Add to Payment. Hit Next and you will be taken to a page where you can click on Make Payment and proceed with your payment.
